@conquest562 A quick google search shows this is a brand new protease inhibitor. Do you even know what protease is, ignoramus?

So, you don't want Pfizer to monetize this? Get the Moderna or J&J vaccine. If you're vaccinated, you probably won't need this new protease inhibitor. It does work against other coronaviruses though. So maybe they finally found the cure for the common cold.
2
@madmanszalinski There is an oral vaccine in phase two trials in South Africa. But, you're correct this protease inhibitor is a antiviral effective against all coronaviruses.

@guatanamabuddha754 No, ivermectin works against parasitical worms, not viruses. The fact you don't know the difference is appalling.
2
@totalyfakenews You might want to take a second look at that single, debunked paper. It was in vivo using monkey kidney cells, which don't have the same mechanisms as epithelial cells. Studies, using the correct cell lines, animal models, and patient observation all prove ivermectin has absolutely no effect on infection, but does have some very nasty side effects.

Everything.

@kurtwomack6473 Does Rogan have a PhD in virology or immunology? If not, who cares what that numb-nuts says.

And you sound like a lying racist.

@jilliancopeland6825 True, but the unvaccinated are 25x more likely to need it.

I'll take that bet. It's easy money, as I've been reading the preprints about this new protease inhibitor.

The idea is we have enough inexpensive, rapid tests (lateral flow), that everyone can test themselves if exposed. Then, as soon as you test positive, you take this new protease inhibitor. Other countries have give, or sell at a subsidized rate, these rapid tests to their populace. This will work great in Europe.

@henrysteel4049 What a load of drivel! It is true that, due to lack of challenge from parasitical worms, our immune systems are overreacting to some antigens. That is why first world countries have more allergies. But, except for the normal decline that occurs with age, everyone's immune system is just fine. The only difference is, modern medicine keeps us alive long enough for the immune system to age. You'd prefer we all had an average lifespan of 30 again?

So, if you develop a heart condition, diabetes, or a bacterial infection, you're just going to tough it out, to avoid big pharma making any money?

Berman needs to understand symptoms are not adverse effects. Yes, both groups showed symptoms (of a Covid-19 infection) but they were far less in the experimental group (those who took the protease inhibitor).
