  3. The lawsuit began while Trump was still in office, and he used the office of the presidency to smear her. It's taken so long because he delayed it as much as he could.

  7. So convenient? A law recently passed, that gave survivors a brief window in which to bring suits, for rapes that occurred when the victim was the one blamed.

  8. This is not about guilt or innocence, but about culpability. It's very obvious that Trump defamed her. If he'd just kept his fat trap shut, she'd never have sued him. But, being a truly horrible thing, he had to say she was too ugly to rape. He's such a gross man!

  9. I've assumed that his lawyers kept him off the witness stand. Imagine if he went into one of his self pitying tirades, about how unfair it is that he finally has to face a little justice, for his actions.
