  4. Well put. But, I do remember some climate scientists in the 70's predicting exactly what is happening now, especially this atmospheric physicist at UCLA. There was this suspended bridge building between Chemistry and Physics, where they kept the moon rocks. He'd tell any students that ventured up there to look at the display how we were heating the planet and what would result. He was quite prescient.
