@bobheck7303 Why? Rubio refused to wear a mask, why should he get the vaccine before someone who's health has been compromised by chemo, and has followed the rules?

In the 1950s everyone got healthcare because of the general hospital system. Internists, fresh out of medical school, were on staff, and specialists volunteered their time. But a two tiered system of medicine was deemed discriminatory, and Medicaid was introduced. As physicians had to add staff to deal with more paperwork, the cost of medicine rose. Lawyers began suing over everything, and unnecessary tests were ordered to CYA. As malpractice insurance became more than a physicians salary, medical costs rose. One of the major reasons medicine became so expensive, if not the main reason, was the insurance industry; lawyers also contributed.
