  3.  @qiaoding479  No. If the pipelines had not been holed, there were contracts that had to be fulfilled, but at a low price. They had already shut the pipe off, there was no flow. But, those who were owed contractual delivery were going to court. However, every contract has a escape clause, in case of sabotage or force majeure. Which is why Russia holed the pipelines.
