  1. All this proves that what needs to be reformed now is the Electoral Count Act. The law needs to be changed, so that only the slate of electors chosen by the people can be sent to DC. Only after that law is fixed, so that a state legislature cannot send the slate they want, should we concentrate on voter access. Yes, how easy it is to vote, should not depend on the complexion of your district, but easy access won't matter, if the state can send whatever electors they want.

  2.  @Gambit2483  What do you mean "You can't just stop counting votes"? That's exactly what SCOTUS ordered in 2000. If all the Florida ballots had been counted, Bush II would never have been president.
