  1.  @warrenbooysen  The first amendment is supposed to prevent law making based upon religion, which is what an abortion ban is. As to the second, you're correct, if you belong to a "well regulated militia" that is protecting the security of the state, you have a right to a gun. All that means is we can't disarm the National Guard.

  3. No amendment gives an individual the right to bear arms either. Only members of a "well regulated militia", that is protecting state security, the National Guard, is given that right. It was SCOTUS, who in 2008, extended that right to every nutcase that wants a gun. You think they wouldn't extrapolate the second amendment to cover ammunition?

  5.  @HughJorgan1  The age limit in Texas is 18, so this evil guy bought his guns as soon as he turned 18. And, in Texas, background checks are not required for private gun sales. How about you do a quick internet search, before you post an outright lie?
