@pamelawing626 The need for new flu vaccines each year is due to reassortment, rather than mutation. Google it. The influenza virus genome is made up of 7 or 8 distinct subunits, that reassort (mix around) during coinfection of two or more strains.

@safeeffective385 Wow, amazing disinformation. The influenza virus and this coronavirus are from two different virus families, and have totally different genetics. Pneumonia just means a respiratory infection, and can be caused by numerous infectious agents, viral, bacterial or fungal.

@NPC13377 Gee, could it be that the measures we took, to prevent Covid infection, also prevented other respiratory diseases? And, the idea that hospitals identify someone who tested negative for Covid, as positive, for more money is just another lie, spread by conspiracy nuts.
