  1. First, although he threatened to blow up his mother, with a bomb, a search found no bomb, or bomb making material. Second, his mother refused to press charges. In the arrest photo, for that bomb threat, he looks at least partially black. If he were locked up, on such flimsy charges, the press would be having a fit, over the incarceration of another innocent black man. In this case, damned if you do, damned if you don't.
