Not bad, but doesn't mention that enough of a mutation, that a variant can completely evade the adaptive immune system, would also mean the RBD is so changed the virus can no longer bind with the ACE-2 receptor. Also, all the predictions of immune system evasion are based on B cell (antibody) activity, and do not consider T cells, killing cells with Covid-19 epitopes presented on MHC molecules. There is more to the adaptive immune system, than just humoral immunity.
