  1. Back before my state went all mail in ballot, I can remember going to the polls, intending to hold my nose, and vote for the lesser evil, then not being able to do so. Today, I just write in a family member, as a protest, but I can believe Duncan was prepared to vote for Walker, went to the polls, with that intention, then bailed.
