  1. Everyone, with a lick of sense, knows global warming refers to rise temperatures of the globe, not a particular region. This results in rising sea temperatures and increase of extremes in every area. Wet areas get wetter, hot areas get hotter, etc.. To say that there is no global warming because an area that usually gets snow gets more snow shows extreme ignorance of the model. As a school child, in the 60's, we were told that, unless population growth rates slowed, we would go beyond the world's holding capacity. We were told humans were destroying the environment. Air pollution was a real problem. People in the US had fewer children. The government took action; fluorocarbons were banned, pollution controls were put into effect. The air in southern California gradually improved and the ozone layer repaired itself. This took time. In order to slow and reverse global warming we must act *now*. You don't like illegal aliens, get prepared. A the global temperature rises more and more, equatorial will no longer produce crops. If the area around the equator become uninhabitable, they're coming here in enormous numbers.
