  4.  @thesanfranciscoseahorse473  He's attacking now, because he no longer has a puppet in the White House, doing his bidding and weakening NATO. He first invaded Ukraine, right after his puppet oligarch, Yanukovych, was forced to flee to Russia. Putin would probably have invaded Ukraine last year, if he hadn't had to send his army to Belarus, to protect his puppet Lukashenko.
