@ecurewitz How much Microsoft code did Bill Gates write? None, he bought up other people's code, and shelved any that posed a rival to his crappy O/S and suite of applications. His idea was, if I can kill of good programs, mine will sell really well. Musk's ideas were, if I can develop solar power, and attractive electric cars, I can help the environment, and if I change the space program, to reuse material, it will be cheaper and better. He's a rich guy, who had good ideas for the planet.

@Junksaint Vote for the best candidate, for the office. I'm a Democrat, but if I had to choose between a Republican, who freely admits Biden won, and has a valid agenda to reduce crime, or a Democrat who is a pro-BDS pro-BLM racist, and wants to raise my taxes for more social programs for the homeless, I'll vote for the Republican. On the federal front, I'm more likely to vote for a Democrat, because I worry about reproductive rights, but will never vote for a woke racist, who believes in equality of outcome, rather than opportunity.

@vladtheinhaler8940 Maybe half of the world is setting a good trend, towards smaller populations, but the other half of the world is quadrupling in size. Look at the world population, don't cherry pick nations like Japan. In 1970, the world population was 3,700,437,046 , fifty years later, it was 7,794,798,739. Doubling every fifty years in not a downwards trend.
