  1. Getting an abortion, when you're not ready for a child, is a responsible decision. When you're the pregnant one, you can decide for yourself. But, it is pure hubris to think you can decide for others.

  2. Even 22 weeks is a bit short. A lot of fetal abnormalities aren't found until 24 or 26 weeks.

Shall the state also make decisions on other health matters, like nobody who is overweight can have diabetes, because they caused their problem? The point is, you don't like abortions, nobody is forcing you to have one. But, you shouldn't think you have the right, or the state has the right, to decide what healthcare others may have.

  6. Murder is the intentional killing of a human being. A fetus is not a being, nor is it yet human. QED Abortion is not murder. When you are pregnant, you can decide for yourself. Never for others.

  7. Frankly, I don't care what you do in Denmark, and always found 24 weeks a bit too restrictive, even with exceptions for health of mother, or deformity of fetus. Since you've never been pregnant, or could ever become pregnant, why don't you just mind your own damned business. This doesn't concern you little boy.

  9. It is certainly up for debate. Even after they are born, a neonate's neural pathways, and ability to feel pain, hasn't totally developed. When I had to heel stick infants, for bilirubin levels, I could unswaddle the infant, prick its heel, draw a little blood, rewrap it and place it gently back into its bassinette, and be out the door, well before it could begin to cry. With my own babies, I noticed they really didn't experience pain, the same way we do, until around six weeks. So, while its still in utero, there is no way it feels pain, as a human being does.
