  2. I live in SW Portland, and just put my ballot in my mailbox. I've installed a locking mailbox (due to all the mail theft we've experienced lately) so felt secure voting that way. I already got my text, informing me my ballot had been received. I read about thugs blocking drop boxes in Eugene, but haven't seen it in Portland. Are you sure those camping out weren't homeless. Texas has bussed a lot of their homeless here, and they came armed. That's why shootings are way up.
