  2.  @antwill7916  When discussing the crime bill, it should be noted that crime was rampant in the US at that time, and all community leaders agreed with it, even the black community. It was quite popular, when it was passed by 95 of 100 Senators. Even Sanders voted for it. So, you needn't qualify, Biden has an excellent voting record, better than most Republicans, and better than Sanders.
