Some of the nomenclature can be confusing. I remember reading, late January 2020, that this disease could be transmitted by asymptomatic individuals, and warning everyone I knew that this was going to be very, very bad. Later, the CDC decided to distinguish between asymptomatic and presymptomatic, and said the asymptomatic were not as infectious (that 75% you cite). But, that distinction is misleading, because you don't know that a presymptomatic person is ill at the time they are spreading the virus. And that is why it was so difficult to isolate the infectious, without adequate testing. And, we tested stupidly, only testing those with symptoms, when it was those not yet showing symptoms, who were busy spreading the disease.

When I was getting a BA in microbiology from UCLA, over half the students in my virology, hematology, immunology, mycology, and epidemiology classes were medical students. Since they had very arduous studies, they could opt to take these classes pass/fail. Some were planning on going into research or specializing in infectious disease. They paid close attention and asked good questions. But, those planning on going into surgery, or other specialties, where infection wasn't so important, did the bare minimum. I bet this woman was one of the latter. Otherwise, she is just evil, willing to say anything for money, even if it cost others their lives.
