When you take out the profit incentive, people become lackadaisical about work, so authoritarian measures are applied, to make people work. Haven't you noticed that every communist country is totalitarian? Every communist country fails, falls to ruin, or turns to capitalism, because communism pretends human nature does not exist. It requires all humans be perfect in order to work, and none of us are. You post the same utter nonsense, every day. Stop and reflect on how incredibly wrong you are.
