  1. Wasn't Justice Kennedy responsible for the Citizens United decision which made money the dominate force in our elections? Wasn't he instrumental in giving the presidency to Bush II, when Gore actually won the election, which lead to the Iraq war? I would say that those who feared his rulings would damage the country were correct in those fears.
