  1. Barr said he was going to redact. Some members of Congress will receive a slightly less redacted report.

  2. Yes, the report should have been given before the press conference. But, that would interfere with Barr's last attempt to distort the report's findings.

  3. Poor Rosenstein. He is basically an upright honest man, conservative and devoted to protecting the Constitution. Now, he has to stand beside a dishonest Trump crony and listen to him pervert the truth and flat out lie. Mueller did ask about whether he could indict the president, and used that as his basis as to charging him. Barr used this last period, where that was unknown, to spin his web of falsehoods.
