  1. As to Mandela Barnes, this is on us Democrats. Wisconsin Democrats should have chosen any of the other candidates, in the primary, not this problematic man, with his tax evasion problem. Wisconsin is purple state, that leans a bit red. Barnes, a "progressive" supported by Sanders and the squad, is a very bad fit. At this moment, the trial of a murderous black supremacist, who drove over the Dancing Grannies in a parade, and killed many, is taking place. This evil man was let out on a mere $1K bail, after attempting to kill his baby mama, by running her over. If not for that low bail, five people would still be alive today, and a couple of dozen would not be dealing with permanent injury. We have to be more strategic in our voting, and chose candidates who stand a snowball's chance of winning.

  3. They're probably aimed at northern PA. I went into a Subway, in State College, PA, and ordered a sandwich "with all the vegetables but the onions", and the guy acted like I was crazy. With each topping, he asked if I was sure, tomato, lettuce, spinach, peppers, and on and on. When I responded yes to each query, he told me nobody ever gets the vegetables. He was also put off by my choice of whole grain bread, and refusal of mayo and ketchup. I looked around at the other patrons, who all overfilled their chairs, and believed him. A lot of the mouths, chomping on their vegetable free sandwiches, didn't have all the teeth they should. And this was in a college town.

  4. Yeah, on abortion, sure, he's terrible. But, on the issue of boys, regardless of how they 'identify', playing in girls' sports, he's correct.

  5. Nothing about the 15 year old, who shot dead, five people in Raleigh, North Carolina? Why not? He's white, so this mass murder should fit the narrative. He had a long gun and a pistol. How does a 15 year old get a hand gun? This comes a day after two police, responding to a domestic violence call, were shot dead, and another wounded. Is safety, from disturbed people toting guns, no longer an issue? CNN has print (well text) about this disturbing event, so they know about it. Why the news blackout on violent gun deaths? Is it due to elections next month? This would be a good reason to vote for Cheri Beasley, rather than Budd.

  6. As a Senator, Johnson has no effect on crime in Wisconsin. As Lt. Governor, Barnes did have an effect. Also, Barnes has pushed for no cash bail. Which is a bad move at a time Wisconsin is trying the Xmas Parade Mass Murderer, who got out on a pathetically light bail, after attempting another homicide by vehicle.
