  1. Nah, I live in Oregon. And we used to see a lot of California plates, as people moved here. Now most of the out-ot-state plates are from Florida and Texas.

  2. It's people coming from Texas and Florida, that are causing the high homeless rate. Those states don't take care of their homeless, the just ship them to the west coast states.
