  1. If common sense solutions to big problems work, but are illegal, it is time to change the laws. Prohibition has never worked. It is time the federal government learned its lesson. There is a big difference between robbing someone and shooting up. When you shoot up you only hurt yourself. Most of the crimes addicts commit are to feed their habit. Stop prosecuting addicts and treat them.
