  1. Bovine One, You are so wrong. Most Jews are liberal, as caring for the world is part of Jewish dogma (Tikkun Olam). Having been oppressed, we try to help others who are oppressed. That is why Jews were so active in the civil rights movement. That is why we try to help refugees. Since liberal beliefs are much more in tune with Jewish beliefs, most Jews are liberal. The few who stray to the conservative side do so because they have better foreign policy, and aren't as hateful to Israel as liberals tend to be. I find it ironic that someone, who knows so little of us, is telling a Jew how we are.

  2. Except, even when black and Jewish people were trying to be vanilla Americans, there were hate groups trying to kill us. There were no identity politics when the KKK was founded. We were trying to assimilate when country clubs and Ivy League colleges wouldn't admit us. White supremacist fear being surpassed by minorities, that is why they hate. They can't stand a level playing field.
