  3. Yes, new age minimums need to be instituted. Gauging by the immaturity and insanity of the new crop of people in Congress, a 45 year minimum needs to be instituted for any political or court position.

  8.  @chromeshellking  And if she had retired, when Obama made his inappropriate request, how would that have turned out? McConnell would not have seated her replacement during Obama's term, and Trump would have had one more appointment, as soon as he took office. We would have missed out on all her brilliant dissents. She did the right thing hanging in there.

  9.  @simonwhite8836  Term limits, like your 20 year idea are fine. Age limits are not. Ageism is the last form of discrimination allowed, and is wrong. Ginsburg was sharp as a tack, right up to the day she died.
