She might allow smoking in her bar. I think there are no state smoking rules, just municipal ones. I know where I live, when the bars were about to go smoke free, many bar owners whined it would cut their business. It didn't, it doubled business. She'd be better off figuring out how to serve people outside or develop a to-go business.

So, this lawyer thinks that a lot of people crowded together drinking is safer than a haircut where both people are masked. Has he taken a class in epidemiology, virology or immunology? If he hasn't, his thoughts have no value in this context. if he kept up with reports from the CDC or the WHO, he'd know he's wrong.

@Mitchell 2020 How does an outdoor march, where everyone is masked, infect as many people as an indoor, unmasked activity? She should be able to keep her business open, when she figures out how her patrons can drink while keeping their mask in place.
