@angelainamarie9656 Every communist country has total totalitarianism. Human nature being what it is, if everyone gets the same benefits, regardless of the work they do, they won't work. So, to make sure there is any production, the workers are treated like slaves, told what education they will get and what job they will work at. That is exactly the opposite of what Republicans desire. They want motivation to come from wages, so much so that they want to get rid of any safety net. Republican philosophy has its faults, but will never lead to a state like communist China. The only place communism ever worked was in Israeli kibbutzim, and even there, it would not have worked without huge amounts of volunteer labor and generous tax breaks from the government.

@crapObear2323 You think that you can redefine the meaning of a word, like Humpty Dumpty? You're wrong. All enterprise is controlled by the state, which does not happen in capitalist countries. In a truly capitalist country, enterprise controls the state, not the other way around. Mainland China has a communist government, one party that controls everything. They have experimented with limited capitalism, with strict governmental overview, to bring in money, but remain a totalitarian communist country, governed by the communist party, where there is no freedom. They are, and without revolution will remain, a communist country.
