  1. I suppose having a president, who uses notecards to remember who people are, seems odd to those who idolize a functional illiterate who insults everyone. When the world was ruled by monarchs, they always had a secretary, reminding them of who the people they were meeting were. In fact, the Hebrew word for secretary, מזכיר, literally means the reminder.
