  1. Some Republicans have decided that, in order to win elections, the populace has to be angry at Biden and his administration. So, they are doing whatever they can to tank sensible public health strategies, like vaccination and mask wearing. Imagine if the country were at war with another nation, and these jerks were interfering with the war effort, for political gain. Instead, we are at war with a virus, and Republicans are giving aid and comfort to the enemy, with antivaccination rhetoric, and the lie that wearing a mask takes away freedom.
