  2. What field did you get your degree in, that you're such an expert? (My degrees are in microbiology and computer science.) Early on, the CDC was quite good. I got my first warnings reading MMWR in November 2019. It wasn't until Trump put his greasy thumb on the organization, that their papers became scattered. And then, Birx did point us to good sources of realizable data, like healthdata.org out of UW. Their projections, with and without mitigation strategies, were spot on. And, pubmed dropping the paywall made a lot of good journal papers available to the general public. But, seriously, if you expect those unschooled in science or statistics, to understand a scientific paper, you're dreaming. Most Americans don't even understand what four fold means, and clearly are incapable of reasonable risk calculations. If they did understand data, and risk assessment, they'd all be vaccinated.

  8. I'm constantly amazed that people say she didn't speak up. She was constantly telling us what website had good information, what papers to read, and where the best data analysis was. Sure, you had to be intelligent, to follow where she was leading. And, now fools are whining because they were not spoon fed, under the wrathful eyes of the orange god-king.

  10. I remember the Covid briefings, and how she constantly put out information that took intelligence to digest, bioinformatics and statistical predictions. I always assumed it was because Trump was too lazy and stupid, to understand she was contradicting him, and was amazed by how clever she was, getting out information he would have hated. But now, with all the venom being directed towards her, I realize most of the public is as stupid as Trump.

  16.  @studebakerhoch4397  You obviously haven't been looking at the data. According to countries' reporting, African nations have the lowest mortality rates. Yet, when bio-statisticians look at excess mortality, compared to before the pandemic, it is apparent that they had some of the highest mortality rates.
