  3. Stop trying to convince people to get vaccinated, and just start vaccinating whoever wants it. Start with those over 65, then drop down to those over 60, then over 55, etc., until everyone who wants to be vaccinated, is. The more you push people, regardless of how vulnerable you think they are, the more they will think you have nefarious motives. If you vaccinate along racial lines, you will just create suspicion. All the propaganda in the world cannot work, but FOMO will.
