  1. She got in by being a black woman. There were other, better qualified females, eg. Klobuchar, who was much more aligned with Biden philosophically, and whose campaign did much better than Harris's did.

  3. If it hadn't had been for all the BLM riots, Biden would probably have chosen Klobuchar. After all, he took many of his campaign slogans directly from her campaign. She is a much better fit, and would be a better VP. But, Biden was told to select a black woman, and Harris was the least objectionable among that field. Harris's lackluster performance, as VP, is proof that people should be chose for ability, not skin tone.
