Nah, those who are cancelling others because, they are being truthful, are the entitled brats.

How about you don't require mindless conformity? Having a different opinion is not an action, yet many are cancelled for it. How is piling on an actor, for pointing out there is a difference between a sexist remark and rape, an appropriate response? Why do the overreactions of the twitter mob have no consequences?

I disagree.

How is preventing the truth from being told, a peaceful protest? A data analyst shows that violent riots make voters vote in a more conservative fashion, and rather than heeding his warning, he's fired. That is not a peaceful protest, it is more akin to sticking your fingers in your ears, and a good man was harmed by it.

@peterp3538 The Peace and Freedom party exists. Why don't you join it, and stop trying to pervert the Democratic party?

Saying something is not an action, and speech is a protected right. Not letting a top student into a college, because his ethnic group studies more, is a pretty racist action, that hurts that student. So those who practice affirmative action, by your ideals, should be punished.

But, it's not just Asians, but Jews, who face this same discrimination in college admissions. Those, who don't have good grades and high test scores, aren't equipped to learn and often drop out. Our country has been dumbing down education, in the name of equality, for years. Stop bringing down the top students, because other students aren't qualified.

You're wrong. Wearing the wrong Halloween costume in college, or talking smack as a teen, didn't used to get people fired years later. We used to be allow people to grow, without being punished for what they did in their youth. This requirement to conform to group think is wrong. People should be allowed to have a different opinion, without losing their job. Differing points of view should be presented on college campuses, but today, rather than debating an issue, dissenters are cancelled or shouted down by the mob. People of college age shouldn't need a safe space, they should experience new ideas. Why should the twitter mob's feeling be understood, when they refuse to listen to the opinions of others?

So, if the truth goes against your bias, it's stupid. Got it.

The problem is, who determines what is correct?

BS People used to be able to debate ideas.

The point is Asians (and Jews) are discriminated against in college admissions. We have to get much higher scores and grades, and more extracurricular activities, to be admitted to a school than a black or Hispanic kid. OK, so Jews face more discrimination, but since we originated in Israel, are technically Asians.
