Is he really lying, or is he mentally ill? When my father's Altzheimer's got really bad he thought I was his sister and my daughter was me. He would conflate things my children and I had done. Maybe Trump is just conflating his father and grandfather. Time for a truly independent health exam, including a comprehensive psychological evaluation.
