  1. Put the onus of determining if a worker is legal on the employer. Impose huge fines for every illegal worker. Illegal aliens come to work, if they can't work, they won't come. If our social security cards were photo ids, complete with biometric data, illegal aliens won't be able to get fake id. Every US citizen should be issued a social security card that is like a passport card. Not only will that make it impossible for illegals to work, except under the table, but it will put an end to much voter suppression.
