  1. Why would you pay more heed to something, published by a physicist, than what has been published by people trained in virology, evolutionary genetics, epidemiology, or other applicable fields? This is just another example of confirmation bias. If you want the virus to have escaped from a lab, you'll jump at any BS article, that says you are correct, no matter how dubious the claim, or weak the evidence.
