@pdoylemi So, you're saying they should stay because they'd lose their case in immigration court? That means they aren't qualified to be immigrants to this country. They aren't fleeing genocide, like my family members, who were not allowed to enter this country, and were murdered in Nazi death camps. If my family, all well educated, and an asset to any country, were not allowed in, why should these people, who don't really need asylum and have nothing to offer, be allowed to steal in?

As a Jew, I concur. My kids were doing very well in public school, until the school board decided their grade school was to be the ESL school. So, not only did all TAG programs disappear, but my children began to suffer from antisemitic assaults at school.

Title 42 was still in place, then a lower court said it had be removed, and the Supreme Court said, "Not so fast." This is not SCOTUS legislating, but rather correcting an overly zealous lower court.
