  1. Gee, if polling places are too expensive to bring up to standards, do what we do in Oregon; vote by mail. There are no polling places, just put a stamp on the envelope and put it in the mail. If you don't want to spend the money on a stamp, there are drop off places outside of some stores and inside all libraries. No need to make polling places accessible. No need for people to take time off work. Our state saves a lot of money voting this way. But, we all know that the polling places not being wheelchair accessible is not the real reason they are closing these polls. They want to suppress the black vote. It is racism, pure and simple.
