  4. No. We have a secret ballot in the US, for good reason. It prevents people being coerced to vote a certain way. That means a person's ballot must be separated from their vote. If you and your vote are decoupled, there is no way to determine if your vote wasn't changed. Blockchain won't change that fact. You cannot have both secure and secret online voting.

  5. No, you cannot have a secure and secret online vote. You can have one or the other, but not both. If you'd ever written code for banks, as I have, you'd realize that.
