You can substitute the word rape for murder in either sentence, and the same is true. Thus the words murder and rape can be either a noun or a verb. Do you finally understand how moronic your quibbling is?

  4. This bill isn't perfect, but it's better than nothing. Most mass shooters are men between the age of 18 and 21, who are able to pass a background check because their scary juvenile record is expunged. By expanding background checks, for this age group, to include juvenile records, the past two gun sprees killing a multitude of innocents, would have been prevented. Most guns used by criminals are obtained through straw purchases. By a federal law, preventing straw purchases, a lot of gang related shootings can be eliminated. Two thirds of women, killed by a domestic partner, are shot to death. By preventing domestic abusers guns, many innocent lives will be saved. The only impact this law will have on truly law abiding citizens is, saving their lives.

  5. Criminals in Chicago obtain their guns through straw purchases. Chicago cannot pass laws, that prevent straw purchases outside of Chicago. This federal law is supposed to prevent all straw purchases.
