As to a pregnancy not being an undue burden, women die in childbirth and from complications of pregnancy, all the time. And no woman's health is ever the same after giving birth. It is a sacrifice we make, to have children we want. Nobody should be forced to do it.

In fact, if a pregnant woman is being put to death, for a crime, the pregnancy is supposed to be terminated first, so she does not "embarrass herself".   8.  @gts3004  Clearly if it's inside the female, it is a fetus not a baby. It neither eats or breaths on its own, but parasitizes the female's body. Hence it is a parasite. And a being is a discrete individual, which a parasite that relies on someone else's body is not, so it is GED not a human being ! If you've never been pregnant, or have any chance of becoming pregnant, you really should mind your own business, as this does not concern you.
