  4. Whatever happened to a presumption of innocence? Innocent people have been arrested before, especially if there is pressure on the police.

  5. Idaho police said there were 22,000 white Elantras, in the area. That doesn't really narrow it much. And, do you honestly think he is the only college student, who went home for the winter break? With all the snafus at airports, was it so surprising he drove home?

  6. He's writing his doctoral thesis, he doesn't have the PhD yet. And, since he was questioning criminals on the emotions they felt, as they were committing a violent crime, and how it affected behavior, we don't know for certain he wasn't called by one of his subjects, to the scene. All they say they have on him, is his car at the scene.

  8.  @Deb_BG  All they have is a white car, of a very common type. This sounds more like a desperate attempt to close a case before year's end.
