  4. The only reason to use UV light on paper is to look for watermarks. (Banks do it with currency all the time.) Although AZ ballots have no watermark, there is a Qanon theory, that the Trump administration put watermarks on "official" (ie. for Trump) ballots. That is untrue. It is absurd that they are looking for watermarks.
