  2. Except that is not what the report says, just what Barr says. The report lays out many actions that would indicate obstruction. But, without an interview to establish intent, a charge cannot be made. Since a sitting president cannot be charged, the lack of an interview was determined to be moot. In other words, Trump seems to have obstructed justice, but they were not allowed to prove it.

  3. There is no such thing as a perjury trap, just dishonest interviewees. His lawyers know Trump is incapable of telling the truth. He lies reflexively.
