  1. When men are being killed, is it by women, or other men? In the US, many of the males killed are gang members, killed by other gang members, an occupational hazard. That is not the same as women being killed, in domestic violence, or by a thrill seeking male. As to cannabis legalization, cannabis has been legal in my state, since 2012, yet we still have domestic violence that kills women.
