  1. Anyone seen the latest IPSOS poll? According to it, 77% of US citizens say the new justice should be chosen based upon qualifications, not race and gender. Only 23% think the justice must be a black woman.

  2. Regardless of gender or skin tone, not being a knee-jerk Marxist dupe does not make one a corporate stooge. Your groupthink demands are absolutely Orwellian. BTW An IPSOS poll shows only 23% of voters agree his nominee should be a black woman. The vast majority of the country wants a justice chosen for their abilities, not because they tick the right boxes.

  3.  @nerffej  Don't you see that choosing a less qualified candidate, just because they fill some quota, is just as racist as excluding a person, based on race? It's also weird that when racism was allowed, there was a strict quota limiting Jews in colleges. Yet, once affirmative action began, suddenly we were considered white. I find it disgusting, that when Thurgood Marshall retired, his replacement had to be black, but now a Jewish justice is retiring, his replacement doesn't have to be Jewish. Also, the Supreme Court was established in 1789. The first Jewish justice was confirmed in 1916, the first black justice in 1967, and the first woman in 1981. Thus it was only 127 years with just white men.
