  1. I blame our schools, which do not do enough to bring bullies to heel, but instead have a "zero tolerance policy", where both the aggressor and victim are punished. Imagine if the justice system did the same, and sent both the rapist and their victim to prison. Bullies are taught that they can get away with everything, because who would dare report being bullied, when they are also punished? They grow up, throwing their weight around, acting with impunity, and turn into the monsters on display, in this video.
