  1. If Israel gave all their Kipat Barzel facilities to Ukraine, it would only protect 2% of that country and leave Israel open to attack from terrorists. More than a dozen innocent civilians have been murdered by ar ab terrorists in the last couple of weeks. Israel would be foolish to leave herself unprotected. As to atrocities, those are all committed by the invading and occupying ar abs, not Israelis.
