@tombradygoat1456 While the evidence may be circumstantial, it would probably convince a jury. He would have to answer a lot of questions, that I doubt he could, to be acquitted. If he were not the one who murdered her, how did he end up with all her possessions of value, van, phone, credit cards? Why didn't he let someone know where she was? If he didn't kill her, who else would have motive?
